Alternative to a Horseshoe

I am looking for an alternative to a horseshoe for my 16 y ar old granddaughter to give to her mum on her wedding day.

Ideally I would like a heart shaped object and to have a four line open that she has composed, etched or painted on

I cannot find anyone that can do this. Any ideas???

    Have you thought about having it made at a pottery shop? We got given a hand made horseshoe and it was lovely. We have a local pottery shop that does custome designs so would no doubt do something like this
