We just had our wedding last month.
We bought white chair covers and lovely pink sashes for our wedding as they worked out the same as the hire price.
We ended up didn't use them as the venue had already dressed their chairs on for another event the night before (and didnt charge us) but we did use the sashes as ours look much nicer 
I am planning to put the covers and sashes for sale on ebay but before then I just want to see if anyone would want them.
The covers are BRAND NEW – nicely folded (a bit creased due to packaging and shipment) for storage and I have removed their individual wrappings. They are standard banqueting chair size – 12 x 16 seat width and depth, backrest height 16 – total height 33 (inches)
Sashes have been used once but there are no marks on them.
As they are of no use to us anymore, we are selling them at a bargain price of £1.50 per cover + 30p per sash.
These covers are heavy to post so they are for collection only west London.
