photo albums???

vikmast, 4 March, 2012 at 14:34 Posted on Just Married 0 8

Hello all hitchers. Well weve nearly been married 6 months now and sounds strange but we still havnt put our wedding pics int an album yet! We have had a rough time since our wedding as I was off work with back pain for 14 weeks, weve had money problems too etc. We were going to have our photographer do a wedding photo book but as money is an issue at the moment we cant afford to do this yet, so we have had 115 photos printed from photobox size 6 x 4. We have our disposables yet to print and also pics of my hubby getting ready so will prob need an album to hold about 150 pics.

Im struggling to find a really nice album that would suit our photos. Half are portrait and half are landscape, we were going to get a slip in album but they only hold the photos all in landscape, so to view the portrait pics the album would need to be turned. Im struggling to find a decent self adehsive album with memo area.

Firstly, would anyone suggest a slip in album or a self adehsive album with interleafs?? We cant afford to spend a lot on an album (prob no more than £25 but would like a decent album that wont fall apart with wedding day on the front.

Please if anyone has any ideas lease let me know.

Thanks in advance x

    Hi

Sorry you have had a rough time after getting married.

I don't know of anywhere you can get the album but have you tried somewhere that prints them in a book, somewhere like snapfish.

Sorry I'm not really much help.

    Yikes,

Hi, I've got a 50% off code for www.mymemory.com, I used them to make a Photobook of all my non-professional pics and I'm really happy with it. We had the large portfolio Photobook which usually costs £34.99 but with this code you'll obviously only pay half, they also do cheaper photobooks too (and standard prints etc) and delivery is free. The code is RSAP50, anyone can use it but it will only works for new customers.

As you've already got your photos printed, I would suggest looking in high street stores such as WH Smiths, Paperchase, and even places like Asda Living and The Range for a variety of albums. Personally I'd go for self-adhesive so you can arrange them as you like, rather than being restricted by layout.
