photographer in essex

Hi I'm looking for a photographer too, I had this one recommended www.blackgoldphotography.co.uk. I've looked and the prices start at £950, but I've heard on other forums that they maybe offer half price weddings in the next week or so. Not sure if this is true, but well worth keeping an eye out.

Hi just looked and blackgoldphotography are doing half prices weddings, as anyone used them. I've looked at the website and looks pretty good for the price. Arrrgghh not sure what to do.

I used forget me not photography and were very pleased with the results There prices start at £500 for midweek which includes-

Arrival of the groom, best man and ushers
Arrival of the bride, bridesmaids, father with bride
The service (photography at the discretion of the vicar/registrar)
Group shots/informal shots (depending on the style of photography)
Romantic couple shots
Mock cutting of cake

Post Wedding
You will receive a disc with 100+ photos for you to print (Copyright remains with ForgetMeNot Photography. Photographs cannot be sold or passed onto third parties for use without the express permission of ForgetMeNot)
The package also includes your choice of 12” x 8” photo
Our wedding gift to you of a complimentary DVD slideshow set to music
Complimentary service - photos uploaded in an album to Facebook

I might be stating the obvious but have you looked here Hitched Suppliers for a list of photographers in your area and budget and also wedding photographers of all budgets here at WPSelect try both the places, will really help Im sure.

My prices are a little bit higher than your range, although I do offer discounts for midweek weddings and I can bring shedloads of experience and shedloads of happy couples as testament to what I offer. I am on the Essex/Herts border.....if you like the website, please do contact me through the contact page. I would look at quality over quantity personally. Would rather 200 exceptional images over 1000 mediocre ones. In the same vein i would consider half days over full days. Unfortunately for most of the year, the best light is in the early to late evening.
