I have a brand new pink dress suitable for a flower girl, see pictures below. The label says aged 12m, 80cm, but I'd say it's suitable for 18m ish.
Material is satin-y, with netting over the skirt. Crossover effect at the top with a vest like top, and a flower at the top of the skirt.
Never worn as it was a present and we never had a suitable occaision for it to be worn.
