Hi was wondering if any of you used a clothes steamer for your dresses. If so which one would you reccommend?

My sister's silk wedding dress, we used my Laurastar to get the wrinkles out and it worked a treat. We found that it was more effective to use the steam and the hotplate to iron. We tried using the steam only.I have a raw silk dress.

Wedding Dress Found the dress. Only problem is it is a sample dress that is a size 10. I am a size 12-14. Should I get the dress and then get it altered or just skip it all together? What about www.eastbridal.com?
