That newlywed feeling!

Kentish Gal, 16 July, 2013 at 20:12 Posted on Just Married 0 9

How great is it, being newlyweds?! It's like floating on air. I love it!

I was dreading going back to work today, and yep, it was crap, but nothing could bring me down. I fell more in love with my man every day of our honeymoon. Wouldn't it be lovely if that feeling lasted for ever?!!

Yes, yes! I know! I know! The thing is, I keep remembering other little bits and pieces and I want to do my wedding report for me, first and foremost, and then condense it down for the lovely posters here (who don't need a 10,000 word essay about my special day!). I want it to be all my memories... So I am keeping a list on my phone of all the things that come to me.

The Tog pics, when they arrive, will help too. I just want to do it properly, and only do it once lol. We plan to give the mums a pretty copy of our Ceremony promises, our vows, our 3 speeches and some nice photos as a momento so I thought I'd chuck my report in with it too. Smiley smile

I can still remember the feeling of being a newly wed and we are now heading to our first wedding anniversary. It seems that every single seconds of our lives being one is so amazing. My husband never changed and he becomes more sweeter, he loves giving surprises each day, he still gives me flowers even in an ordinary day. Not to mention when we have the fruit of our love. Yes! we were given our first baby on the same year and our baby made us more happier, and I fee that each day of our lives is our wedding day.?

    Cheers,

    Sarah

That's so beautiful! I am happier with my husband the longer we are together. It surprises me often.

We haven't been together long, so I know that's part of it, but even so, I didn't imagine every day could just get better and better!

Happy Anniversary!! and Congrats on the baby! If we are lucky and everything progresses well our baby will be born 9 months in to our marriage. ?

Ooh, I got goosebumps reading those! This is my first time on Hitched for MONTHS - I got married in May - but I'm still finding it a novelty to have a "husband" - he doesn't have a name anymore! E.g. Me in work "Oh, me and MY HUSBAND are going out for dinner tonight", "I'm off to the cinema with MY HUSBAND". I'm probably extremely annoying. But I don't care! Yipppeeeee! (I also have Friday afternoon feeling as well today)

Ha ha ha! I do that too!

Am loving being married. Never been a one for weddings but that shared experience, that journey together and the closeness of all the time spent talking, planning and then on honeymoon. Wonderful!
