Wedding Blues....

ExcitedBride.com, 6 August, 2012 at 16:39 Posted on Just Married 0 6

Hi All,

I really didnt think I would get the wedding blues, but I really have.

We had such an amazing day, the sun shone, everything went to plan, it was more than we could have hoped or dreamed of.

I did think before the wedding that I couldnt wait for it to be here, so we could enjoy the day etc. Now its over I really miss it all. I can so see why people start trying for babies now, which we arent, not for another year.

Just willing some of my friends now to set their dates, so I can get excited about theirs!

Saying all this, I am loving married life!! :-)

xx

Maybe I would have that blues when I get married. Memories are such one of the great things that you would treasure for life. ?

Me too! It's only been a few days for us but I already feel a bit sad it's all over. We have already got two children too, so that's not on the cards for us...

Just out of interest, what are you most sad about? For me, it's not being able to wear the dress anymore.

My husband is English and I am Greek. We got married in Greece in July with 120 guests. It was sooo great having everyone so close together, getting on like a house on fire! I am mostly sad that we all had to separate and everyone is back to normal. Why dont people make big efforts when there is no reason to? Why do they have to show their best side only on special occasions? lol The good thing is, our parents are planning to keep visiting each other from one country to another....that is something to look forward to...my dad is coming in october to surprise my father in law on his birthday.....i think that will bring back a few memories! :-)

Me too. It was our anniversary two weeks ago. Husband gifted me the bouquet (he ordered the exact same) and I gave him the cake (in a smaller version).

    I want my wedding back!!!!
