For my wedding recently I bought a cake topper from cake steel standing. It was very expensive and I bought it to have as a keepsake.
The first time it arrived half the swarovski's were missing so i contacted the seller who re sent the letters- faulty again the second time, when they arrived half the swarovskis were missing off another letter!!!
I then couldn't get hold of the seller and tried to glue them on myself which doesn't work as the glue has to be specialist.
When I told her i wanted a refund i was verbally abused!!!
The damaged letter i had bought was sent to my cake shop and we managd to use it for two hours on our day before the swarovski's started falling off onto our cake!!! Use this lady at your peril I still cannot get a refund- unbelieveable.
