Changing my name - Passport

Lucy, 7 July, 2024 at 21:47 Posted on Just Married 0 4
I have booked a trip for September with my maiden name which matches my current passport. Can I start changing my name to my new surname and let all other companies and HMRC etc know but still go away and use my passport as my maiden name if I have officially changed it on all other things?

I've been married 4 years and I still can't convince HMRC to change my name, so I doubt they'll have changed your name by September anyway!

It shouldn't be an issue, but might be best to check with HMRC and your bank before you actually carry out the change.

Hey folks! I highly recommend Betty Casino Canada to anyone looking for a legit and fun online casino experience. They have fast payouts, amazing promotions, and a wide range of games to choose from. Their site is well-designed, making it easy to navigate, even for beginners. I’ve cashed out multiple times without issues, and their support team is always responsive. If you want a safe and exciting online casino in Canada, this one is worth checking out!

I was told that my passport has to match what is on the travel document when booking Smiley smile so I am going on my old name. There is no rush to change passport just ask travel agents. Some women take years!

I have also started to change my name in other places. Sure passport uses a separate system. So you should be fine please go speak to a travel agent they will tell you!
