Elopement witness needed- Penrith Registry office 10/07/2024

Hi all!
My partner and I are eloping in secret next week (10th July) and are desperately searching for a second witness to witness the ceremony alongside our lovely photographer!
Has anyone got any suggestions, had any success with strangers on the day or free and willing to help?
