I'm selling a brand new, unused apart from trying on fishtail shaped 2 hoop underskirt, tags still attached & with original packaging. Upper hoop can be removed if preferred & the circumference can be adjusted on both hoops to make them less "sticky out" or fuller whichever is preferred. I bought this just a few days ago. Tried it on but prefer the look without. Asking 13.00. Collection from Rossendale area or Manchester. Happy to post also 3.00 postage. Elasticated waist so will fit from 10 to 18. The length from waistband to hem is 44 inches.
