I am selling my ivory jupon 190 fishtail/mermaid petticoat. It will fit sizes 10-16. It has a hoop in the hem, but it can also be removed. The 189 petticoat is exactly the same but without the hoop, so if you needed a 189 this will also be suitable if you just remove the hoop.
