Marriage schedule

I didn’t think you needed an appointment to return your marriage schedule, I thought you either posted it to the registry office or just handed it in. I would call the registry office, explain and ask if you can just drop it in instead x

After July 2021, couples don’t sign the marriage register anymore during ceremonies, they sign a A4 marriage schedule document instead and need to return it to the registry office (or if you’re marrying in a registry office hand it back) to get your marriage certificate posted to you x

Haha that’s ok! None of my friends or family knew either and I only learned myself when looking into the legalities a few months ago 😊 x
