Shoes?!?!

I'm looking for recommendations for comfortable footwear. I can't wear the typical high heels or ballet pump flats. I can deal with a small block heel as long as my foot is supported.
I have a chronic illness so comfort is important but the only shoes I can find look a little old for me or are trainers. Any advice would be amazing. I'm tempted to find a blue shoe but at this point I'm getting desperate

    Nowadays, it is extremely difficult to find shoes made of natural materials. And it is even more difficult to find good orthopedic ones. If you have any proven manufacturers, I would like to know about them. I also have problems with my feet.
