Venue dresser required

I am looking to hire someone who could dress our reception venue on the morning of the wedding. My daughter and fiance are getting married at the Asylum Chapel in London SE15 2SQ at 2pm on Saturday July 12th 2025.
The reception is at the AMP Studios, 897a Old Kent Road, London SE15 1NL and it is this reception venue that I need someone to decorate and dress on the morning of the wedding.
