Wedding photographer and witness

Myself and my partner are eloping in secret in September at Islington town hall and we are trying to find a reasonably priced photographer and videographer for the ceremony (1 hour tops of footage) who would also be able to act as our witnesses. Or if anyone knows of any individuals who would willing to be our witnesses, that would be great
