We used this easel to hold the table plan at our wedding. It's ideal for holding a table plan or welcome sign and is lightweight and fully adjustable.

Each of its three legs are individually adjustable making it great for uneven surface.
There are no instructions but assembly is quite straightforward (Google "St Pauls field easel" if unsure).
