How bizarre....Neil Buchanan, Art Attack - Dead?

There's a Facebook Group here -https://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=14981700711 with over 20k members, suggesting he died of colon cancer on the 21st March, aged just 46. However, Wikipedia and digitalspy suggests otherwise......
