6207 days agoBeen practicing this weekend as doing 2" fruit cakes, how far in advance can these be made? Do you make the cakes a nd decorate nearer the time?? I remember seeing somewhere that you marzipan the cakes then store. Any advice??

6217 days agoHi Ladies, I'm going to have a go at making my own mini wedding cakes. Have found a site that sells the 2" tins plus tin liners and an icing cutter so hopefully that be a bit of help. My question is would round or square be easier???
