Starter for 10 (ba-doom tsch) (meal help please)

I've been asked to do a starter for 10 people on Saturday night and I'm stuck. Main course is going to be lamb, puddings are going to be lemon sponge thing and a tarte tatin.Followed by cheese & biscuits. So quite a heavy meal but I don't know...
