E*bay question - do you think it is my error or the seller's?

I was searching for a freestanding bathroom cabinet so I ticked the box on the left hand side of the E*bay page that said "freestanding" as lots of items were coming up as "to fix to wall". This seemed to filter out the wall cabinets and I found one...
