question about food,opinions needed !!

So last week i was worried about not giving guests enough drink, and now its food. My wedding atm is booked at 3, 3 course meal from 5 till 7, then in the evening im not having a buffet (venue charges £12 pp for basic finger food, which for 66 guests...
