6390 days agoI have a few niggly problems with my back/hips and see a chiropractor for them. I know from experience that it's so much more beneficial if you do the stretching 'homework', yet I don't do it ? Any tips for fitting it into a daily routine longterm?...

6398 days agoSo all year round you can buy goose fat in UK supermarkets. Presumably the geese have to be cooked to extract the fat, so where does that goosemeat go? I've never seen mention of it in animal food. Is there a country where they eat cold sliced goose?...
