Spots!! Loads of them!!

I have woken up with a forehead full of spots, I exhagerate not! It is full of them, stopped counting at 15!! Red. itchy and very sore ☹️ I look like a hormonal teenage and at 35 thats not a good look! They all appeared over night - woke up excited...
