Anybody know if you can withdraw children from a school trip - even if the school say that it is 'educational' and something they do every year. (It is a trip to the zoo, and seems to be more of a 'bonding' trip between children and their keyworkers....

Does anybody know who can diagnose a learning disability, and the class of which that learning disability is (i.e. moderate/severe/profound/specific)? Can a teacher do this, or does it have to be a doctor/psychologist type person? I have an Ed. Psych...
