OMG I can't believe I had got so heavy! I'm a dress size 22 - knew I weighed LOTS, but didn't know it was that much! Has anyone got any words of wisdom for me? I'm doing really well SO FAR, but it's only been 2 days!!!! I feel desperate to know how...
