Do you have one? When would you hope to get one? One year anniverary After birth of first child 10 year/25 years?

Is there an average pay rise? Obviously it completely depends on circumstances but just found out my annual pay rise is going to be 4% is that rubbish? (not that I can appeal or anything!)

My friend got engaged last week! I am so excited for them ? We got married in June and since then I have really missed all of the planning, now I get to help again! yippeee
