Ok, so I can't walk in stiletto heels - it's a medical issue due to back problems causing weakness in one leg/foot. I cannot find ivory shoes, say 3 inches high, with a block heel ANYWHERE!!!! Soooo many hours googling, to no effect. I can only find...
