my brother is having a hospital appointment right now [sens]

To discuss a tracheotomy [sp] as his vocal chords are paralyzed and at risk of collapsing ☹️ he seemed to be recovering from his throat cancer - the chemo had shrunk the tumour and he was getting better in himself iyswim. Then he lost his voice. gah...
