Runners - I did it!!

I broke my mental barrier! 5.25 miles (I worked it out exactly?) I set out to do 4 miles and thought "Go for it! I did it in 49 minutes which works out at what? An average of 9.5 minute mile? Hoping that means I could do a 10 k in about 56/57...
