6544 days agoOn the website theres a recipe for a pizza with roasted veg on and it says its only 4.5 syns, however the pizza base stuff i have wors out about 12 syns. How can there be such a huge difference?

6545 days agoJust starting to feel a teensy bit stressed and worried now. Tomorrow morning is my first weigh in...what if i haven;t lost anything? I did the stupid thing of getting on my scales at home and it's not looking good.
