Wedding invitation inserts - please advise??

Sorry another wedding invitation question here - I have got my gatefold cards from PDA cards, they are A6, when folded, the bit in the middle is 10 x 15 cm, where can I buy the inserts (and have them printed on) from to fit in it?? I've tried...
