heylup my glasses just broke! (Legal QQ)

I bought my glasses in Novemebr 2007 and they had a years guarantee. In August 2008 the lens started to pop out, so I took them back. They couldn't fix it so they sent them away and got me a whole new pair (frames and lenses). I didn't get them back...
