Hen do, outfit help - find me some shoes!!

I am wearing a dress similar to this.... except that mine has panels of grey in aswell as the blue and black. I want blue shoes in that colour, but I'm struggling to find any! HELP!! Also, would you wear black or nude tights with it? ?

So, my OH went on his stag do last night....

And didn't come back until 4 this morning!!! He literally stumbled in, spent an hour in the bathroom ? and then fell into bed snoring his head off! I was not impressed considering he left at 5pm yesterday and I couldn't contact him because he "lost"...
