Complaining after the warranty is up?

We had a new Vaillant combi boiler fitted in Dec '05. Came with a 2 year warranty and we've had no problems with it until this weekend. Now there's a fault and we have no heating or hot water. Just had a plumber out and having spoken to Vaillant it...

Orange World problems - Anyone else?

I tend to check my Hotmail via my mobile a couple of times a day if I'm not near a computer. Over the last few weeks or possibly even months I'm finding it increasingly difficult to connect to Orange World and even more difficult to get into Hotmail....
