The thread about setting up got me thinking (great suggestions there by the way!)... We will be hiring crockery from the venue (glassware we will hire from a company who will clean as part of the service) and they have asked us to wash them...

Hope I don't sound stupid, but, are you supposed to wear your engagement ring on the ring finger during the ceremony, or do you wear it elsewhere until you have the wedding ring on? I ask as I notice that a few brides on "Don't Tell the Bride"...
