2 metre square rubber mat

Smint, 4 July, 2008 at 17:22 Posted on Off Topic Posts 0 7

Where can I get one?

When I search, I can only seem to find car mats or whole floors and I only want a 2 metre square

We were hoping to have just a one piece sheet, but might have to resort to rubber tiles

What is it for? I got my stable rubber mats (4' x 6' is the usual size for these though, so not sure if they'd be any good to you) off ebay. They also sell them in some feed/tack shops if that kind of thing might be usful to you.

    It's a base for our hot tub/spa

Was hoping not to spend a fortune, but want to have something underneath as it's going on to brick

Thanks Fairyclown and FigJam - will have a look at both of those

In that case, they might just work! You would only need two and if you find local, they should be about £20ish each, so they're not too bad price wise. (certainly beats having to buy 6 plus p&p up from England to Scotland to kit out the stable before you realise the local tack shop has them!)

I got mine from ebay (Carpetpac I think they were called) and they were very helpful.

Not too bad price wise! Thanks

I think we have a tack shop not far from us so will price them there

Won't take H, though, as he'll probably buy a saddle, bridle and riding crop . . . despite (following the "terrifying donkey incident on Blackpool beach") him hating horses ?
