If it helps, my Wedding photos are pretty much the only photos I like of myself lol I tried so hard not to be squinty in them haha. Remember neck forward, arms away from sides and practice smile faces in the mirror. It really helps

Hello new brides! (and date twin!)

I put my engagement ring in to get cleaned the other day and now I keep freaking out that it's missing! I miss it haha!

Ha I know what you mean!

I've had to take both my rings off in this heat as they've given me blisters!

I feel naked

Yikes! Blisters are generally a bad thing!

I keep freaking out I've lost it. It fell off my hand once coz it's a bit on the big side now so I'm a bit paranoid about it anyway.

I miss it. I miss how twinkly my hand used to be haha!

Well, i did the boudoir shoot on friday - really enjoed it! The hair and makeup was fantastic - might need another trial now though as i want my on the day makeup to be more like it. I was a bit self conscious at first but the photographer was great. I couldn't see myself whilst it was going on which may have helped. I went with my bridesmaid and we both thoroughly enjoyed it and I would recommend it. We went to Ivy Rose studios in Manchester. We 'won' a competition but I think everyone wins - it's not exactly a scam, but they will make their money back if you buy the pics. I had started out saying I'd only have the one free one, but I'm thinking now that if i like then i might buy some more. It definitely helped me with the worries about pics for hte wedding, i just need to try and remember the way she had me stand and pose. I feel a lot more confident about my wedding pics now!

Aw I'm so glad that worked out for you! Buy the pictures. It's money well spent if you look amazing in them

I've managed to get my Wedding ring back on, so 1 ring will have to do for now!

What do you mean by the July threads Steph? Am I missing something? I only ever go into the wedding planning bit and look at threads in there. We're now 5 weeks away and I am bored of all the stuff. Just seems like my life is an endless round of appointments and stuff to sort out. OH is doing his bit, but I'm still very 'meh' about it.

Hey Mrs Mac at 9 days ot it could do ANYTHING! Its easy to say try to relax . . but try to relax. Oh and source some nice brollies just in case, and look forward to those rainy wedding shots where you are surrounded by sparkles. I love them!

Truthfully as a 'OM' the best thing I could say to the ladies worrying about wedding day weather is on the day you probably wont even notice! I know, I know that sounds daft but you won't you'll be in such an haze. If you do notice it, do not let something you cannot influence ruin it, it will just be a different beautiful

I don;t know where you are MrsMac17 but it's lovely and sunny here if a little windy - perfect for a dramatic veil shot. I hope it's glorious for you!
