2023 Couples- how far are you into the planing process?

We have booked the venue and that's it.

Next year we plan to book photographer/videographer, venue décor and florist.

Early 2022 we intend to book honeymoon, anything else and I will start dress shopping.

We want to spread it out as it's better for us financially.

We booked and paid the deposit for our venue last week. For November 2023, next step is to book and pay deposit for the registrar which we’re hoping to do ASAP. We’ve started looking into photographers and DJ’s too. We’re trying to be as organised as possible in the hopes of keeping costs down and spreading them out as much as possible! So exciting!

We have booked the venue which includes DJ and catering, registrar, photographer, venue stylist, cake maker. I’ve also said yes to the dress! Currently in touch with potential florists also. But everyone is different, I just want to be organised and also worried about suppliers getting booked up quicker due to Covid postponements.

Currently waiting for my bf to propose 😅We have the month and year set (Feb 2023) along with potential venues but I’ll wait till he actually proposes before we put down deposits etc… 😬😬

We booked our venue, which came with a caterer and a DJ, and we have also paid our booking fee to the registrars. We are going to see a few florists and photographers in the next couple of weeks and hope to have those sorted by the end of the year. Our date is march 2023 so we have time, but I wanted to get as much of the big stuff sorted as soon as possible so we can relax planning the smaller details over the next year.
