Well today is my 2nd day of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and I'm sore as hell but no rest for the wicked! I have 4 months to move this ass into shape!

    I am on day 11. Now on level 2. Mot missed a day at all apart from yesterday but I did a free hour gym session instead. I am definately feeling a difference when I wear certain items of clothing. I do not weigh myself as I think it is misleading and disheartening especially when you are doing something that builds muscle.

    I have only measured myself and not weighed as muscle weighs more than fat so it can be deceiving and you think you haven't lost any. I will give it 10 days before I get the tape measure out again fingers crossed there is a difference.
