I can't really offer much more help, all I can suggest is keep trying. I'm in a similar situation with something myself that never came before the wedding (although not from the same site). Keep trying, fingers crossed it comes soon or they at least refund the payment you made

Dont know if you've already tried it but they have a facebook link at the top, click onto it to get to their facebook page and write on the wall to complain. Someone posted from the company 5 hours ago about bridesmaids so someone is home!!! They also have a twitter account where someone posted 4 hours ago and whatever you tweet them can be seen by everyone and not deleted so they wont ignore you on there for long as will be bad for business!!!! Go with the facebook option. Failing that I would send them an email threatening trading standards if they don't play ball.
