Hope you are all well and staying safe!
Sorry to read so many brides being affected by this virus and having to postpone their dream weddings - we are the same!
We are due to get married in Italy first weekend in July and with our friends and family (including us who live in Singapore) flying back to the UK then onto Italy - it is not looking very promising, with our Emirates flights being cancelled already!
So we have provisionally booked the same date for next year, however our venue has asked for a 500 euro change fee, plus an aditional 2200 euro as it is an additional cost for this year.
I think this is quite excessive and not something we have budgeted for at all - what are you guys all experiencing? I am not sure how far we can push the venue, but I think they have us over a barrel if I am honest.
Any advice appreciated. xxx
