Adding menu drop downs to guest list

How on earth do you add you menus to the guest lists so people can choose their dishes when then RSVP? I managed to find the bit where you add extra tabs so have done one for Starters, Mains and Desserts, however cant manage to add these to all of my guest list and they do not show up when trying it out on my wedding website.

Any tips??
