Adding sleeves to dress without it looking out of place?

Hello! So I saw a TikTok of this honestly stunning dress from wed2b called Nebula. It’s strapless which is the only downside. We’re on a budget for our wedding so I’m hesitant to spend hundreds more for someone to add sleeves. Are there any good inexpensive options that won’t look strange with the dress and look “added on” if that makes any sense

    What about a bolero jacket or wrap. I think they sell little cover ups so may be worth taking a trip and having a look to see what is avaliable and styles that match

    I'm sure a dress maker could make some to compliment your dress . I have a Rue de Seine dress which has detached sleeves and it doesn't look odd at all x
