Affordable venues for 100 day time guests and extra evening guests

I am racking my brain going through so many options of how me and my partner can afford a wedding with a 5k budget for 2027 for 100 day time guests and extra evening guests. Is this even doable? We were thinking a town hall ceremony as old Marylebone town hall holds 100 people and is approximately £900 on a Thursday, does anyone have any recommendations for London reception spaces that just require a minimum spend (of 4K) that can fit 150-200 people buffet style food. We are more focused on having all our friends and family in one place for celebrations. Open to all suggestions and advise thank you 💜
