Sounds good apart from apple and Stilton as apple does so not belong in a sandwich! And I love a good cup of tea.

    Sounds nice.

Personally I would want to add a fish/seafood sarnie e.g smoked salmon & dill mayo or prawn/lobster/crab club.

I LOVE stilton and apple so if you have any spare send them my way! ?

I'm not sure if you would need a fruit tart, fruit filled brandy snaps and scones with strawberry's unless they are all made with very different fruit it might be a little repetitive?

Lovely. I'm veggie so would be able to eat a lot of your sarnies, which would be a nice change. Also not sure bout apple and stilton, but would give them a try.

I also really like the sweets. I don't like scones with jam and cream, in fact I detest jam. I would also find the cakes heavy, so would love the tartlets and the brandy snaps.

Drinks wise, I would only drink the pimms from that lot. Could you put some decent filter coffee on for non tea drinkers?

Macaroons look good as well as taste great they are also not too heavy.

Or you could do mini banoffee pies instead of fruit tarts?

Ok i need to leave this thread all this talk of cake is not good for my diet...........

Funky, those Banoffee tartlets look delicious.

Sounds like a lovely afternoon tea menu though.

I love that the afternoon tea is different in places, I say keep apple and stilton, it'll be a convo starter amongst the guests!
