All of the dates are all wrong. (Halo)

When I look on the main OT forum page, all of the dates are complete gibberish.

Par example:

13-30-2008 7:30

If this were a British date, it's gibberish.

If this were an American date, it's gibberish.

Gah.

There's an option to change how the date displays. I *think* it's in the edit profile bit.

Dates are fine for me. I edited from my profile and chose the format I wanted.

I did this already and changed the date to the UK format, but now it's giving me gibberish.
Someone needs to tell the person who wrote the code that there are only 12 months in the gregorian calendar... I cut and pasted the date from one that was showing on the OT front page...
