Alterations don’t look right

I get married in 12 days and went to see my dress after all alterations last night. It’s had to be taken in an inch on each side but it doesn’t look right from the back, perfect from front and side. It makes me look like a have big love handles just above my waist but this is not the case, I don’t have a perfect figure but thought an A line emphasised the hourglass. I am meeting with them again tomorrow as I wasn’t aware of this until my sister sent me the pictures. Anyone have any ideas how I alter it to look normal. Or am I being too paranoid. I currently feel sick at the thought of everyone looking at my back during the ceremony.
