Altering from wrap front to scoop neckline

I think it would be possible but you would need additional lace and exact match and that is were the cost will be. I really like the dress, I think altering it would detract from its simplicity and the top may look odd compared to the skirt as the balance would go top heavy. In terms of do ability they only thing you can do is speak to a seamstress to see what they can suggest and go from there, but personally I think what you have is beautiful and would not change it

Yeah I figured it would be the time and the lace that would be the costly factors. I'm hoping when I try it on again next week I fall back in love (would definitely be the cheaper option!)

If you are having wobbles I totally get it, I was the same. I think it is natural but when I tried mine on again with all the accessories and I had done my hair and make up a bit before I went I felt much better as I could see the overall look. Hope you feel better when you try on. If not, then explore the option, or see if there is an overlay jacket you could get, speak to the shop and see what they can suggest to do if you really don't like it
